Chris Hemsworth,  famoso per interpretare Thor nei film Marvel, ora in occasione della pandemia da Coronavirus si mette gratuitamente a disposizione di chi vuole allenarsi gratuitamente ma stando a casa.

Tramite la sua app per il fitness scaricabile sia da smarthphone che versione desktop  si possono trovare allenamenti, meditazione per gestire lo stress e ricette  per mantere uno stile di vita appropriato:  “Mette il meglio nel palmo della vostra mano per aiutarvi a sviluppare un corpo più sano, un mente più forte e una vita più felice“ dice l’attore parlando dell’App.
